Book Your Visit
Every treatment plan at Vella Method begins with a free 15-minute consultation. It's a chance for Brandie to understand your goals, answer your questions, and recommend the right path forward — with no pressure to commit.
What This Is
The consultation is not a sales pitch. It's a focused conversation where Brandie listens to what you're experiencing, reviews your history, and offers an honest perspective on whether her approach can help you.
If she's the right provider for what you need, she'll outline a personalized plan. If she's not — or if a different specialist would serve you better — she'll tell you that too.
Three Ways to Meet
Whether you prefer to come into our Scottsdale or Mesa location, hop on a Zoom, or simply talk by phone — we'll meet you where you are.
Format 01
Visit us at our Scottsdale clinic (walk-in & scheduled) or our Mesa location (by appointment). Best if you're closer to a treatment decision and want to see the space.
Format 02
Meet face-to-face from anywhere. Great for an introductory conversation, reviewing imaging, or if travel to one of our locations is inconvenient.
Format 03
The simplest option. A direct phone consultation with Brandie — perfect for quick questions or initial conversations before deciding next steps.
What to Expect
Brandie starts by listening — what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, what you're hoping to achieve. There are no scripts.
She reviews your relevant history, medications, and any imaging you bring. If you're considering regenerative care, this is when she determines candidacy.
You leave with a specific plan — what's recommended, in what order, expected timeline, and honest cost. Not a brochure, an actual roadmap.
You're never asked to commit on the spot. Take your plan home, ask follow-up questions by phone or email, and book treatment when you're ready.
How to Prepare
The consultation is most useful when you know what you want answers to. Spend a few minutes before your appointment thinking about what's bothering you, what you've already tried, and what a successful outcome would look like for you. If you have recent imaging (MRI, X-ray) for joint or tendon concerns, bring it — but it's not required to start the conversation.
Common Questions
Yes. There's no charge for your initial 15-minute consultation, whether it's in-person, by Zoom, or by phone. There's also no obligation to book treatment afterward.
The base consultation is 15 minutes, which is enough time for most introductory conversations. Some appointments — particularly for regenerative medicine where imaging review is involved — naturally run longer. We don't rush.
No. Brandie's approach is to give you honest information and a clear recommendation, then let you decide on your own timeline. If she's not the right fit for what you need, she'll say so.
Absolutely. Many patients bring a spouse or loved one to in-person consultations. For Zoom consultations, additional family members can join the call as well.
That's exactly what the consultation is for. You don't need to know which treatment fits — Brandie will help you sort through what's relevant based on your goals and clinical picture.
Most regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, and aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance. We partner with Cherry to offer flexible monthly payment plans, with no impact to your credit score for pre-qualification.
